Large Employer of the Year (2018)

In December 2018, Crossroads Care were awarded by Aspiration Training Ltd with Large Employer of the Year.

The organisation judged employers based on the following factors:

  • Proven commitment to the development of staff
  • Ongoing support to help learners achieve their goals on time
  • Added value to the training through effective integration of on and off the job training.

We were nominated by a work-based trainer, and the final decision was made by Aspiration Training’s Board of Directors.

It is an outstanding achievement for Crossroads, and we are proud of our success.
