Parent Carers
Parent carers are those of you who care for a disabled child under the age of 18.
If you need a break you may like to contact our scheme and we may be able to provide a Carer Support Worker to visit the family home and care for your child while you take a break.
The Care Support Worker may be able to provide home based activities and assist with personal care if required.
