Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing long and short term plans. Acts as a direct liaison between the Board and management of Crossroads and communicates to the Board on behalf of management.
Director of Regulated Services and Deputy CEO
Deputy CEO and the Registered Manager for the Care Quality Commission in respect of all regulated services provided by the company. Manages the day to day provision of Crossroads Care’s Regulated Care Services and working alongside the CEO to ensure delivery of the business and strategic plans. Provides leadership to all staff working within the regulated service.
Operational responsibility for the delivery of compliant regulated care services. Oversight and identification of training and supervision of regulated care staff and management of team leads. Oversight of assessments and production of care plans and risk assessments. Leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely. Addition of new clients and details onto rostering software.
Wednesday and Thursday
Oversight the office systems such as Webroster keeping abreast of new developments .Be responsible for the operation of I.T systems, ensuring inputs and outputs appropriate for business monitoring (e.g. meaningful data). Ensuring adequate on call cover.
All finances, wages and mileage. Manages invoices and budgets. Overseas all cash flow.

Line Management of Hereford adults Field Staff. Community engagement representing Crossroads at Forest Forums and events.
Business Development Manager
To develop all services across both counties that are not regulated by CQC
Field Service Coordinator
Implementation of assessments and production of care plans as directed by the Operations Manager. Oversight of care staff and carry out spot checks in the workplace. Supervision of staff. Carry out hands on care. Support Mentors in their role.
Quality and Control and Customer Service Lead
Analyse all data available from survey and review and use as tools to improve and develop the services we provide. Responsible for compiling, sending and analysing the returned data from annual service user and staff questionnaire. Monitoring all grant spending. Responsible for quarterly contract monitoring of statutory contracts. Respond to customer queries. Health and Safety Officer.
Communications, Projects and Marketing Officer
Responsible for all marketing of Crossroads Services, creating publicity such as literature and the newsletter and online-marketing.
Office Services Lead
Oversees all administration for Cinderford office. Management of electronic system ‘Bee App’.
Overall responsibility for answering incoming calls, dealing with internal and external customers when entering the office. Informing Support Workers of client addresses, telephone numbers and basic information.

Overall responsibility for completing the Forest of Dean and Herefordshire Adult Rotas and authorisation of Forest Staff Holidays. Production of timely and efficient rosters and ensures all calls are covered on a daily basis. Identification of areas of staff shortage and feed backing through the Systems manager. Continually seek to improve methods of communication.

Oversight of the running, delivery and development of Foxes Bridge based activities.

Crossroads Active Living Centre Dementia Link Worker and Community Engagement Lead
Foxes Bridge based — Monday –Friday
Organisation and delivery of outreach services for people who are socially isolated through a caring role or illness. Co-ordination of gents pub
club, ladies lunch group. Julie carries out this role in addition to her three days in the Active Living Day care Team. Organising specific projects and events.
Sharon delivers services to adults in Herefordshire
Carers Health & Wellbeing Service Manager
Herefordshire Carers Health and Well-Being Team. Assisting carers to identify improvements that they feel would support them in their caring role and help them facilitate the changes. Also provision of support to other members of the team who are support planning with carers.
